Stop messages anytime

Reply STOP to any text, tell a caller to stop, or use the unsubscribe link in any email. Message and data rates may apply.

2. Consent is not required to buy

You do not have to agree to calls or texts as a condition of purchasing any product or service. If you prefer not to give consent, you can research providers on your own or contact us at support@solarnearus.com for general information.

3. Text message terms

  • Frequency: message frequency varies based on your request, typically no more than a few messages per week.
  • Cost: message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan.
  • Opt out: reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one confirmation message.
  • Help: reply HELP for help, or email support@solarnearus.com.
  • Carriers: mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Privacy: text-messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties for their marketing purposes.

4. How to stop calls, texts, or emails

You can revoke consent at any time, using any reasonable method, including:

  • Replying STOP, QUIT, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or a similar word to a text message.
  • Telling a caller that you no longer wish to be contacted.
  • Clicking the unsubscribe link in an email.
  • Emailing privacy@solarnearus.com with the phone number or email address to remove.

We honor revocation requests within the time required by law and no later than 10 business days. We may send one message confirming your opt-out. Providers that already received your request are responsible for honoring opt-outs sent directly to them.

5. Your phone number

You confirm that you are the subscriber or authorized user of the phone number you provide. If your number changes or is reassigned, please let us know so we can stop contacting it.

6. Recording and consent records

Calls may be monitored or recorded for quality and compliance purposes, where permitted by law and with any notice required. We keep records of the consent you provide, including the date, time, and language shown, as described in our Privacy Policy.
